Like everyone else, my life was not going the way I had envisioned.  I was tired of the hectic corporate life and wanted to go back to helping others and myself, to not only find a way to heal but to bring inner peace to those who like me always felt stressed and overwhelmed by our world. 

In 2018 I started my journey of self-healing, discovering sound therapy, meditation, and massage. Combining these modalities and practices I began to realize that I had found what I was missing. My Calm. My Peace.

With over 850 hours of hands-on experience from Nationally Accredited Massage School  Sacramento Massage Therapy School | Massage Training Program - Roseville, Elk Grove, 95815 (nhi.edu).  Multiple modalities ranging from Swedish and Deep tissue to shiatsu and energy work I can create a therapeutic plan based directly on your needs. I have worked with many different clients who have sought out help with chronic pain, stiff joints, and emotional stressors. CEU from AMTA.
